"Sara came into my life at a point where I was suffering from extremely low energy and deep depression. She has been an integral part of my healing, and her wisdom and compassion are truly inspiring. Her Reiki treatment is hands-on, and her warm touch is tremendously caring, positive and powerful. I appreciate that I can choose to have Sara explain what she finds through the course of a treatment and also the opportunity to participate in the healing with her gentle guidance. Sara is a highly intuitive, thorough, compassionate, amazing healer, and I am very thankful for her care and support."  -Kathy

REIKI

Make Space.

A hands-on healing technique based on the principle that the reiki practitioner can channel energy into the client through subtle touch, activating the natural healing process of the client’s body, and aiding in restoring the client’s physical and emotional well-being.

The balance of energy resulting from a reiki treatment often creates feelings of peace and relaxation, increased energy, and mental clarity for the client.

Reiki is used in conjunction with conventional medicine in more than 60 US hospitals, including Johns Hopkins, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Mayo Clinics, Cleveland Clinic, and the Hawaii Pacific Health’s Pali Momi Women’s Center in Oahu.

This hands-on healing technique has been shown useful in addressing various mental, physical, and emotional issues, including:

- Insomnia

- Stress

- Anxiety

- Grief

- Depression

- Fatigue

- Pain (frequent headaches, pain from fibromyalgia, sciatica, etc.)

- As a complement to conventional medicine (chemotherapy, radiation, pre- and post-surgery)

- End-of-life care

Reiki is safe and beneficial for everyone – from babies and children to adults and the elderly.

As a Reiki II practitioner, Sara is trained to deliver distance reiki in addition to in-person sessions. Contact us for details on distance treatments.
